Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in order delays or cancellations.
All payments must be made via accepted payment methods, including UPI and QR scanner-based payments. Rupay is not accepted.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping timelines displayed on the website are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the address, delivery date, or cancel the shipment.
Any re-shipment arising from incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will be charged to the purchaser.
All missing-item claims must include an uncut 360° unboxing video.
Tampered or unsealed packages must not be accepted from courier personnel; the Company will not be liable for claims raised thereafter.
