RETURN POLICY
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused & unworn NON-crystal / NON-stone / NON-rudraksh items only.
Refunds are issued as a Digital Gift Card (usable on our website). Shipping & handling charges apply.
📌 Important:
- A 360° uncut opening video is mandatory for all return, exchange or missing-item claims.
- Natural crystals may have scratches, cracks or colour variations — these are not considered defects.
- Size issues are not eligible for return/refund. Please check sizing before ordering.
- Products containing Crystals/Stones/Rudraksh cannot be returned or replaced, as their energy starts resonating with the wearer once delivered.
- Do not accept tampered packages. No claim will be accepted once received.
- If returned items are missing or used, a deduction up to full MRP will apply.
- Refunds (if approved) will ONLY be issued as a digital gift card.
- Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.
- Post-shipment cancellations or undelivered orders (wrong address / customer not reachable) will incur a flat deduction of ₹250 from the refund amount.
